Words Taken Out of Context

PDN did a short article and nice audio slide show about the book. But then in another blog item, they took my words from the SportsShooter article out of context. PDN writes: "the pages looked lighter than the proofs, making them look like 'crap,' according to Souza..."

What I wrote on SportsShooter was talking about how the photographs looked on the monitor of the pre-press person and NOT about the pages themselves. This is the exact sentence I wrote: "But as I looked over the shoulder of their pre-press person, I could see that the photographs on their monitor looked like crap."
